We carry out warranty repairs for Panasonic .

If you require service for your Panasonic product please contact us so that we can advise you on the options available ( some smaller items may require bringing in to us ), or you can email us on service@archersdartford.co.uk with your questions and we will get back to you within 48hrs.

We can also repair your products once the warranty has expired.

Out of warranty inspection fees for items brought in over counter :-

CRT / LCD/ Plasma up to 32", dvd , microwaves , audio, etc         £17.00

LCD / Plasma screens over 32"                                               £27.00

Please note we do not repair camcorders.

If you wish us to call and collect your item please contact us on above email , contact us page , or by phone and we can advise you on any further costs.

These charges are payable at time of booking in , inspection fee is deducted (provided you have the work completed ) from final repair cost. *

We would suggest where possible that you transport your items in their original packaging , LCD's and Plasma's should also be transported in an upright position , to avoid damaging the screen .

We hold no responsibility for any damage caused by the customer failing to package unit correctly . Any damage to your products will be noted on your booking form , this form is also your acceptance of our terms and conditions  ( for terms & conditions see below ).

* - The inspection fee is non refundable , and is only discounted off items that are repaired.

We reserve the right to charge storage fees or to dispose of any uncollected items 30 days after notification to the customer. All chargeable repairs come with a  3 month warranty on the work carried out, if during that time a different fault occurs then a parts only charge will apply.
